Complaints Procedure.

On completion of a complaint, it will be reviewed and responded to within ten working days to discuss appropriate outcomes.

​

If you are unhappy with the outcome you are able submit a follow up complaint to explore what else could be achieved within our policy guidelines and look at alternative outcomes. This process will also take up to ten working days.
